Two pistons in each cylinder, driven by a cam. The cam profile offers a designer full control over piston motion for the first time ever.

A separate combustion chamber that offers the designer unprecedented control over the combustion process. Three modules including a simple dual piston and cylinder module and frame assembly.
 
The NuStroke™ Engine out-performs all other internal combustion engines. The cam drive of the NuStroke™ is the simplest possible way to convert reciprocating motion to rotary motion. The engine is also vibration free.
The NuStroke™ engine produces more power for less fuel.

The engine can also use multiple fuels, consecutively or at the same time.
The NuStroke™ engine can easily be modified by simply changing a cam or adding a cylinder to generate the desired performance. Several different engines can be assembled from the same modules on one assembly line.
  The NuStroke™ engine is a world first 'three cycle' engine which has proven virtually free of noxious emissions. These engines also eliminate most friction and sidethrust that creates wear and tear in conventional engines - so they last far longer and will be much more ' recyclable'. The NuStroke™ engine burns any fuel efficiently offering spark ignition at diesel compression ratios, without detonation . This dramatically increases the viability of many low grade alternative fuels. The greater control offered also makes this an ideal engine for hydrogen. Smaller factories.

Less material required to build the engines.
  The NuStroke™ engine eliminates the head & block, so is smaller & lighter. Far fewer components result in cost savings in manufacture (compared to conventional engines <2 cylinders). Cost competitiveness increases as engine size and sophistication increase (est. 40-60% less than equivalent conventional engines).

Triburn allows a range of fuels to be used, so fuels can be substituted as prices change. Higher efficiency also reduces costs.

The NuStroke™ engine is even more inexpensive to mass produce due to it's 'modular' design. Six to eight different engines each suited to different applications can be assembled from a selection of simple modules on a single assembly line.

The NuStroke™ engine is suitable for all Internal Combustion applications. Triburn technology can be made available as a retro-fit for conventional engines. Five axis CAD/CAM technology allows for simple and efficient manufacture. A small number of components ca be used to assemble a wide variety of engines.
